Associate Web Developer
Skilled web developer with solid understanding of standards compliant HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript. Must possess a can-do attitude and a passion for technology.
Required skills:
  • Obsessed with producing clean, semantic, standards compliant, efficient hand-coded HTML/CSS
  • 2+ years experience working with PHP, MySQL & Javascript
  • Proficient with cross-platform/cross-browser issues
  • Experience with Flash video integration and data exchanges

Interactive Art Director
Responsible for the conception, design, and execution of integrated digital promotions and will assist the Creative Director in concept development and ideation for complex projects and new business efforts. Experience with Flash Animation/ActionScript, designing user interfaces and an active presence on the social web with familiarity of terminology and functionality is preferred.
Required Skills:
  • Formal design training with exceptional conceptual and design skills
  • Functionally aware design sense
  • Expert use of Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of typography, contrast and color are a must
  • Thorough knowledge of HTML /dHTML and the capabilities of Web browsers is essential
  • Experience with mobile devices and social network applications is a bonus

Interactive Project/Account Coordinator
Responsible for assisting Project Lead and Account Lead with day-to-day management of creative and technical projects.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelors Degree with Marketing concentration. Focus on interactive marketing a plus
  • 1-2 years prior Internship and/or Job Experience
  • Obsession with details and accuracy. Literally
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Strong business writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-starter who can work as part of a team primarily and independently when needed
  • Project and account foresight
  • Excel in helping build and manage schedules and timelines
  • Familiarity and interest in social media (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc.)
  • Ability to oversee programs through project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met on time
  • Solution oriented problem solving approach
